Fees:

Rates are available on request and are billed to the nearest half hour. Project related travel exceeding one hour in total duration, will be billed at a 50% rate.

Standard reimbursable expenses are billed at cost. A list of standard expenses is included with the project proposal.

Consultants, if and when engaged by Powell Architecture, are billed to the Client at 1.1 times the consultant fee.

All rates are confirmed a month prior to the start of the new year with any adjustments taking place at the first of the year.
